Internship Description

Consortium Legal Guatemala offers a Legal Internship in its Quetzaltenango regional office. You will assist attorneys with commercial law, real estate transactions, and civil matters for businesses in Guatemala's western highlands.

Key Responsibilities

Research commercial law provisions under the Codigo de Comercio
Assist with real estate due diligence at the Segundo Registro de la Propiedad
Draft basic commercial contracts and legal correspondence
Support attorneys on civil litigation research and pleading preparation
Monitor local regulatory developments relevant to western highland businesses

Responsibilities

Support the Quetzaltenango office attorneys on daily matters
Prepare legal research and draft basic documents

Requirements
