Internship Description
Spotify is offering a legal internship in its Content & Platform Legal team at Regeringsgatan 19 near Stureplan, Stockholm. You will work at the intersection of technology, media, and law — supporting Spotify's legal team on content licensing, platform regulation (DSA/DMA), and user rights issues for one of the world's most influential digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research EU Digital Services Act (DSA), Digital Markets Act (DMA), and content moderation legal frameworks
- Assist with music and podcast licensing agreement reviews and renewals
- Support GDPR data subject access request (DSAR) handling and privacy impact assessments
- Draft internal legal guidance on content takedown procedures and user complaints
Requirements
- Enrolled in juristprogrammet or LL.M. programme — completed minimum 3 years; passion for tech and media law
- Understanding of GDPR fundamentals and EU digital regulation
- Interest in music, media, and content industries
- Excellent English; Swedish an advantage; other languages valued
