Legal Intern – Corporate & Commercial

AB InBev, the world's largest brewer on the Grand-Place in Leuven, offers a legal internship in its Global Legal department. This is an exceptional opportunity to experience in-house legal practice at a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Belgium.

You will work with the corporate and commercial legal team on Belgian and international matters, gaining exposure to M&A support, contract management, and corporate governance under the Belgian CSA/WVV for one of the world's most complex corporate structures.

What You Will Do

• Assist with commercial contract review and negotiation support
• Research Belgian corporate law matters under the CSA/WVV
• Support M&A and joint venture legal due diligence
• Draft internal legal advisory notes and contract summaries
• Assist with corporate governance documentation for Belgian entities

• Support the corporate legal team on commercial and M&A matters
• Conduct legal research and draft advisory documents
• Assist with contract management and compliance projects
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Complete assigned research and analysis projects

• Enrolled in final year of Master in Law at a Belgian university, or recent graduate
• Interest in corporate law, M&A, or in-house legal practice
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Interest in the FMCG or beverage industry
