Legal Intern - Energy & Infrastructure

Dentons Vilnius is offering a legal internship in our Energy & Infrastructure practice. You will gain hands-on experience working on energy law matters during Lithuania's transformative energy transition, including offshore wind development, renewable energy projects, and infrastructure investments.

As part of the world's largest law firm, you will be exposed to both Lithuanian energy law (Energetikos istatymas, Atsinaujinanciu istekliu energetikos istatymas) and international best practices in energy regulation and project finance.

Assist lawyers with legal research on Lithuanian and EU energy legislation and regulation. Support due diligence for energy and infrastructure transactions. Help draft memoranda on renewable energy regulatory frameworks and incentive schemes. Attend VERT (National Energy Regulatory Council) hearings and client meetings. Conduct comparative research on energy regulation across Baltic and EU jurisdictions.

Currently enrolled in a law degree program at a recognized university. Interest in energy law, environmental law, or infrastructure projects. Basic understanding of Lithuanian or EU energy regulation. Strong research and writing skills. Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
