Internship Description
Revolut Lithuania is offering a legal internship in our Regulatory team in Vilnius. As one of Europe's leading fintech companies with a Lithuanian banking license, Revolut offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn about financial regulation in the heart of the EU's leading fintech hub.
You will support the legal team on matters involving the Banku istatymas, EU payment services regulation (PSD2/PSD3), MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation), and Lietuvos bankas regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Support the regulatory team with research on Lithuanian and EU financial services legislation. Assist with regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting tasks. Help prepare documentation for Lietuvos bankas regulatory submissions. Conduct comparative analysis of fintech regulation across EU member states. Attend internal training on financial regulation, AML compliance, and emerging EU legislation.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a law degree program at a recognized university, preferably with a focus on financial or commercial law. Interest in fintech, banking regulation, or financial services law. Basic understanding of EU financial regulation. Strong analytical and research skills. Fluent in English; Lithuanian is an advantage.
