Legal Intern – Pharma IP & Regulatory

Novo Nordisk offers a legal internship at its Aalborg production and development facility in North Jutland, focusing on intellectual property and pharmaceutical regulatory matters. Aalborg's growing life sciences cluster and Novo Nordisk's expanding operations in the city provide a dynamic environment for aspiring pharmaceutical lawyers.

You will gain hands-on experience with patent portfolio management, GMP regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical affairs at a company at the forefront of diabetes and obesity treatment innovation.

What You Will Do

• Assist with patent portfolio administration and IP research
• Research pharmaceutical regulatory matters under the Lægemiddelloven
• Draft internal advisory notes on IP and regulatory compliance
• Support the team on clinical trial agreement review
• Assist with trademark and brand protection matters

• Support the IP and regulatory legal team on daily matters
• Conduct legal research and draft advisory notes
• Assist with IP portfolio administration
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Complete assigned research and analysis projects

• Enrolled in or recently completed cand.jur. at Aalborg University or another Danish university
• Interest in IP law, pharmaceutical regulation, or life sciences
• Fluent in English; Danish is preferred
• Scientific background or coursework is an advantage
• Strong analytical and research skills
