Legal Intern — Renewable Energy

GreenCo Power Services invites applications for a 6-month legal internship supporting its renewable energy operations across Zambia and the region. Based in Lusaka, you will gain hands-on experience in power purchase agreements, project finance documentation and clean energy regulatory frameworks.

Duration: 6 months
Stipend: Paid (competitive stipend)
Eligibility: LLB graduates or final-year students; interest in energy or environmental law preferred
Start: Flexible start date

• Assist with drafting and reviewing power purchase agreements (PPAs)
• Research regulatory requirements for renewable energy projects in SADC countries
• Support due diligence and legal review of project documents
• Maintain contract registers and document management systems

• LLB graduate or final-year student at a recognised university
• Interest in energy, environmental or project finance law
• Strong English drafting and communication skills
