Legal Intern (Stage) – IP & Technology at NautaDutilh
NautaDutilh invites Master students to apply for a legal internship (stage) in our Intellectual Property & Technology practice group in Amsterdam.
About the Internship
You will gain hands-on experience in IP litigation, technology transactions, data protection (GDPR/UAVG), and digital regulation. Tasks include conducting legal research on IP and tech law questions, assisting with patent and trademark cases, drafting client advice, and supporting UPC (Unified Patent Court) filings. This stage is ideal for students interested in the intersection of law and technology.
Requirements
- Master student in Law at a Dutch university, preferably specialising in IP, IT, or data protection law
- Strong interest in technology, innovation, and digital regulation
- Available for a stage of 4-6 months
- Excellent academic results
- Fluent in Dutch and English
