Legal Intern (Staj) — Pharmaceutical & Regulatory — Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Tel Aviv
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, the world's largest generic drug maker, offers a staj position in its Legal Department in Tel Aviv. The Teva staj provides unmatched exposure to pharmaceutical law, IP litigation, global compliance, and corporate transactions at a NYSE-listed multinational.
What You Will Do
- Assist the IP litigation team with patent research, prior art analysis, and case preparation
- Support the regulatory affairs team on Israeli Ministry of Health submissions and compliance matters
- Review and summarize commercial agreements including supply contracts, licensing deals, and distribution agreements
- Research pharmaceutical regulatory topics including drug pricing, market authorization, and generic drug approval
- Assist with global compliance program documentation (FCPA, anti-corruption)
- Attend meetings with external counsel on international patent litigation strategy

Requirements
- LLB from a recognized Israeli law faculty; science or pharmacy degree is a strong advantage
- Interest in pharmaceutical law, IP litigation, and corporate compliance
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Eligible for staj registration with the Israel Bar Association
- Ability to understand scientific and medical concepts in a legal context
