Legal Intern (Staj) — Employment & Labor Law — Goldfarb Gross Seligman, Tel Aviv
Goldfarb Gross Seligman (GGS) is offering a staj position in its Employment & Labor Law department at the Electra Tower on Yigal Alon Street. GGS's employment practice advises major Israeli and multinational employers on all aspects of Israeli labor law, leveraging the CMS network for cross-border employment matters.
What You Will Do
- Assist on employment law advisory matters including terminations, severance calculations, and contract drafting
- Support labor court litigation including preparation of pleadings and hearing materials
- Research Israeli employment law topics under the various employment statutes (Hours of Work and Rest Law, Annual Leave Law, Sick Pay Law)
- Help prepare Section 102 option plan documentation for technology company clients
- Assist with collective agreement negotiations and workplace policy reviews
- Attend Regional Labor Court hearings and mediation sessions

Requirements
- LLB from a recognized Israeli law faculty with strong academic performance
- Interest in employment law, labor relations, and workplace regulation
- Strong Hebrew legal writing skills
- English proficiency required
- Eligible for staj registration with the Israel Bar Association
- Prior HR or workplace experience is a plus
