DLA Piper Denmark is seeking a studentermedhjælp (student assistant) for its Aarhus-based corporate advisory team. Danish law firms commonly hire law students during their studies as studentermedhjælpere, providing valuable practical experience alongside academic studies. Aarhus, Denmark's second city and home to Aarhus University's renowned law faculty, is a growing hub for corporate legal practice in Jutland.

This part-time position (typically 15-20 hours per week) allows you to gain hands-on experience at an international law firm while completing your cand.jur. degree.

What You Will Do

• Conduct legal research on Danish and EU corporate law matters
• Assist with M&A due diligence document review
• Draft simple corporate documents and legal memoranda under supervision
• Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Attend firm events and training sessions

• Provide research support to the corporate team
• Assist with due diligence and document review
• Draft simple legal documents under supervision
• Attend training sessions and firm social events
• Support administrative and knowledge management tasks

• Enrolled in cand.jur. programme at Aarhus University or another Danish university (3rd year or later preferred)
• Strong academic record
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Interest in corporate and commercial law
• Available for 15-20 hours per week
