Internship Description

MOL Group is offering a Legal Internship in its Corporate Affairs division in Budapest. Interns will support the in-house legal team on corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance matters for one of Central Europe's largest energy companies.

Responsibilities

Support the legal team with corporate governance documentation and board meeting preparation. Assist with reviewing and organising commercial contracts. Research regulatory requirements for energy sector operations. Help maintain the contract management database. Draft internal legal memoranda and summaries on regulatory developments.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Hungarian law programme (4th or 5th year). Interest in corporate law, energy law, or regulatory affairs. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Fluent in Hungarian and English.
