Internship Description
Kinstellar Bratislava offers a legal internship in its Corporate and M&A practice for law students at Slovak universities. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain practical experience in one of the leading CEE-focused law firms, working alongside experienced advokáti on cross-border transactions involving Slovak and international clients.
As an intern, you will assist with due diligence, draft corporate documents, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of M&A deals in the Slovak market. Kinstellar's multi-jurisdictional platform across 10 CEE offices provides a unique perspective on regional corporate transactions.
Responsibilities
Assist with due diligence reviews for M&A transactions. Draft corporate documents, board resolutions, and Commercial Register filings. Conduct legal research on Slovak corporate and commercial law. Support preparation of transaction closing documents. Attend client meetings and internal training sessions. Contribute to know-how and precedent database maintenance.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Slovak law faculty (Mgr. programme preferred, Bc. considered). Strong academic record. Interest in corporate law and M&A transactions. Good knowledge of the Obchodný zákonník. Slovak and English fluency required. Available for minimum 3 months.
