Tassos Papadopoulos & Associates LLC is offering a Pupillage in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution department in Nicosia. You will train in civil and commercial litigation, gaining courtroom experience before the District Courts and exposure to appellate work before the Supreme Court of Cyprus.

The firm has a distinguished litigation pedigree. This pupillage is ideal for aspiring advocates who want to develop strong courtroom skills from day one.

• Attend court hearings at the Nicosia District Court and Supreme Court under supervision
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and skeleton arguments under guidance of senior litigators
• Conduct legal research on case law, Civil Procedure Rules, and evidence law
• Assist with preparation of trial bundles, chronologies, and document indices
• Observe oral submissions and cross-examination at trial hearings
• Prepare case summaries and research memoranda for the litigation team

• LLB from a recognised university with strong academic performance in civil procedure and evidence
• Eligible to register as an Ασκούμενος with the Cyprus Bar Association
• Interest in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
• Understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and Courts of Justice Law
• Fluent Greek and English; strong oral and written communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
