Internship Description

Icaza González-Ruiz & Alemán offers an internship focused on Panama's world-renowned private foundation (Fundación de Interés Privado) practice. You will assist with foundation formation, administration, and compliance while learning one of Panama's most distinctive legal products.

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting foundation charters and regulations. Research beneficial ownership reporting requirements. Support attorneys on estate planning structures. Help maintain foundation records and compliance calendars. Prepare summaries of international tax developments affecting foundations.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in the final two years of a Licenciatura en Derecho at a Panamanian university. Interest in private client, trusts, or estate planning law. English proficiency required for international client documentation.
