Real Estate Law Internship — Al Suwaidi & Company

Programme Details

What You Will Do

  • Assist with tenancy dispute cases before the Sharjah Rent Dispute Committee
  • Research Sharjah real estate regulations and Emirate-specific tenancy laws
  • Draft tenancy agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and power of attorney documents
  • Visit the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) for title deed matters
  • Support lawyers with property due diligence for commercial and residential transactions
