Real Estate Law Internship — Al Suwaidi & Company
Al Suwaidi & Company in Sharjah offers a 6-week unpaid internship for law students interested in real estate and property law in the Northern Emirates. Gain practical experience in conveyancing, tenancy disputes, and RERA compliance.
Programme Details
- Duration: 6 weeks (flexible start dates)

What You Will Do
- Assist with tenancy dispute cases before the Sharjah Rent Dispute Committee
- Research Sharjah real estate regulations and Emirate-specific tenancy laws
- Draft tenancy agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and power of attorney documents
- Visit the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) for title deed matters
- Support lawyers with property due diligence for commercial and residential transactions
