Real Estate Law Internship
Hammad & Al-Mehdar is offering a paid summer internship in our Real Estate and Construction practice in Jeddah. This internship provides exposure to property transactions, FIDIC contracts, and construction disputes in Saudi Arabia's busiest real estate market.
Internship Overview
This 8-week internship is ideal for law students interested in real estate law, with Jeddah undergoing a construction boom driven by Vision 2030 developments, the new King Salman International Airport, and the Jeddah Central Project. You will assist on live real estate transactions and construction matters.
Duration and Compensation
- Duration: 8 weeks (Summer 2026)
- Compensation: SAR 3,500/month (paid)
- Location: Jeddah office
What You Will Do
- Assist with property due diligence and title deed (Sak) verification
- Research Saudi real estate regulations and zoning requirements
- Draft lease agreements and property management contracts
- Observe FIDIC contract negotiations for construction projects
- Attend site visits to major development projects (where permitted)

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in LLB program at a Saudi or international university
- Interest in real estate, construction, or infrastructure law
