LPA-CGR Avocats, a leading French-origin business law firm in Casablanca's Marina district, offers a 6-month paid Stage in its General Business Law practice. Stagiaires are exposed to a wide range of transactional and advisory work for French and European companies operating in Morocco.

Programme Overview

LPA-CGR's Casablanca Stage programme is designed to give aspiring avocats a comprehensive introduction to business law practice. You will rotate across the firm's corporate, employment, tax, and real estate teams, gaining breadth of experience that is ideal for the CAPA examination and early-career specialisation decisions. The firm's bilingual French-English environment and pan-African client base provide valuable international exposure.

Stage Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Type: Paid Stage with monthly stipend of 3,500 MAD
• Location: Marina district, Casablanca
• Eligibility: Master 1 or Master 2 students in Business Law or Private Law

• Rotate across corporate, employment, tax, and real estate practice areas
• Assist with legal due diligence on M&A and investment transactions
• Draft corporate resolutions, employment contracts, and commercial agreements
• Research Moroccan business law questions for client advisories
• Attend client meetings and observe courtroom proceedings at the Tribunal de Commerce
• Participate in firm-wide training sessions and knowledge-sharing events

• Master 1 or Master 2 student in Business Law, Private Law, or equivalent
• Strong academic record from a Moroccan or French university
• Interest in French-Moroccan business law practice
• Good French drafting skills; English proficiency is an advantage
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
