Stage en Droit International des Affaires — John W Ffooks & Co
John W Ffooks & Co offers a prestigious paid stage in international business law for outstanding law students. This 6-month stage in the firm's Haute Ville office provides exposure to cross-border transactions, foreign investment advisory, and OHADA business law. You will work alongside some of Madagascar's most experienced international lawyers on matters involving multinational clients from across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Responsibilities
- Assist avocats with cross-border transaction documentation and due diligence
- Conduct research on OHADA Uniform Acts and Madagascar's investment law
- Draft legal memoranda and client briefing notes in French and English
- Assist with company registration filings at the Registre du Commerce
- Attend client meetings and observe court proceedings
- Participate in firm training sessions and legal seminars
Requirements
- Final-year Master's student or recent graduate in law, preferably in business or international law
- Excellent academic record from the University of Antananarivo, Catholic University of Madagascar, or equivalent
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this stage
- Strong interest in international business law and cross-border transactions
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Available for a 6-month full-time commitment
