Linklaters Paris offers a Stage for eleves-avocats in its Banking & Finance practice at 25 rue de Marignan in the 8th arrondissement. This paid 6-month stage provides exceptional training in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and structured lending in one of the most active finance practices in the Paris market.

What You Will Do

• Assist on leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions
• Draft and review credit facility agreements and security documentation
• Conduct legal research on French banking regulation and security law
• Prepare transaction summaries and closing checklists
• Participate in deal team meetings with clients and banks

Eligibility

• EFB student having passed the CRFPA exam
• Master 2 in Banking/Finance Law or Business Law
• Strong interest in financial transactions and debt markets
• Fluent French and English essential
• Previous exposure to finance law (academic or professional) preferred

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: Paid — EUR 2,500-3,500/month
