What You'll Gain

Hands-on experience with data protection compliance under Loi n°09-08, CNDP regulatory interactions, telecoms regulation with the ANRT, and commercial contract review for digital services. Stage Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Type: Paid Stage with monthly stipend of 4,000 MAD
• Location: Avenue Annakhil, Hay Riad, Rabat
• Eligibility: Master 1 or Master 2 students in IT Law, Data Protection, or Telecommunications Law

• Assist with data protection compliance programmes and CNDP filings
• Review commercial contracts for digital services, cloud computing, and content partnerships
• Research regulatory developments in telecoms, e-commerce, and fintech
• Support ANRT regulatory filing preparation
• Draft internal data protection policies and employee awareness materials
• Participate in Direction Juridique training sessions on digital regulation

• Master 1 or Master 2 student in IT Law, Data Protection Law, or Telecommunications Law
• Interest in digital economy regulation, data privacy, and technology law
• Knowledge of Loi 09-08 (data protection) and GDPR principles is an advantage
• Strong academic record from a Moroccan or international university
• French fluency required; English essential for tech documentation; Arabic an advantage
