Stage — Capital Markets Regulation | AMMC, Rabat

L'Autorité Marocaine du Marché des Capitaux (AMMC), Morocco's independent securities regulator in Rabat's Hay Riad district, offers a 4-month Stage for law students interested in capital markets regulation and financial supervision. This is one of the most prestigious regulatory internships available in Morocco.

Programme Overview

Stagiaires at the AMMC gain unique insight into securities regulation, market surveillance, and investor protection. You will work alongside the AMMC's legal team on prospectus reviews, regulatory studies, and international cooperation matters. This Stage is excellent preparation for careers in financial regulation, securities law, or capital markets advisory.

Stage Details

  • Duration: 4 months
  • Type: Paid Stage with monthly stipend of 3,000 MAD
  • Location: Avenue Annakhil, Hay Riad, Rabat
  • Eligibility: Master 2 students in Business Law, Financial Regulation, or Capital Markets Law

Responsibilities

  • Assist the legal team with review of prospectuses and offering documents
  • Research regulatory questions on capital markets law and prepare analysis notes
  • Support market surveillance activities and investigation file preparation
  • Contribute to regulatory studies and policy papers
  • Attend AMMC internal seminars and training sessions
  • Assist with the preparation of AMMC's annual report and publications

Requirements

  • Master 2 student in Business Law, Capital Markets Law, or Financial Regulation
  • Strong academic record from a Moroccan university or Grande École
  • Interest in securities regulation and financial supervision
  • Knowledge of the Bourse de Casablanca and Moroccan capital markets landscape
  • Excellent French; Arabic required; English an advantage
