Summer Internship 2026 (Quantity Surveying,Hong Kong)

• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
• Estimate and produce cost plans
• Compile and amend the tender list
• Draft procurement documentation
• Check and analyze tenders
• Draft tender report
• Deal with variations and the change control processes, negotiating less financially significant or complex matters
• Conduct cost checks and valuations
• Analyze numbers for the final accounts
• Liaise with the client, contractors, designers, etc

• Current undergraduate student of relevant discipline in Quantity Surveying/Cost Engineering/Building Services
• Good communication skill and eager to learn
