Internship Description

Summer Legal Intern at White & Case Poland

White & Case Poland's Warsaw office on ul. Marszałkowska offers its prestigious Summer Internship Programme for outstanding law students. The programme is one of the most competitive in the Polish legal market and serves as the primary pipeline for future associate recruitment.

About the Programme

The 8-week summer programme (July-August) rotates interns through two practice groups, providing broad exposure to White & Case's core practice areas: Capital Markets, M&A, Banking & Finance, Disputes, and EU/Competition Law. You will work on live matters alongside associates and counsel, participating in real client work rather than simulated exercises.

The programme includes weekly training sessions on Polish legal practice, an introduction to the firm's global network, social events, and a partner-mentor scheme. Interns gain practical experience with the Kodeks spółek handlowych, Prawo bankowe, and Ustawa o ofercie publicznej, depending on their rotation. White & Case's Warsaw office has consistently been named a top employer for young lawyers in Poland.

Duration & Compensation

This is a paid, 8-week programme running from early July to late August 2026. Applications close 31 March 2026. Full-time commitment required. Top performers receive offers to return as junior associates or aplikanci.
