Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers offers a 12-month paid Tập sự programme in its Dispute Resolution practice. You will gain practical experience in commercial litigation before the Tòa án nhân dân (People's Courts) and arbitration at the VIAC.

Programme Details

• Duration: 12 months (mandatory Tập sự period)
• Compensation: Paid — competitive monthly allowance
• Start Date: Rolling applications; next intake Q3 2026
• Eligibility: Open to final-year Cử nhân Luật students or recent graduates who have completed the Lawyer Training Course at the Judicial Academy

The programme offers exposure to both domestic litigation and international arbitration through Rajah & Tann Asia's regional dispute resolution network.

• Assist lawyers in preparing court submissions, witness statements, and evidence bundles
• Attend hearings at the People's Courts and VIAC arbitration proceedings as an observer
• Conduct legal research on Vietnamese case law, judicial precedents, and legal doctrine
• Draft correspondence with courts, arbitral tribunals, and opposing counsel
• Support enforcement proceedings for domestic judgments and foreign arbitral awards
• Participate in the firm's moot court training and dispute resolution workshops

• Completed or completing Cử nhân Luật from a recognised Vietnamese university
• Completed the Lawyer Training Course at the Judicial Academy
• Interest in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Code 2015 and Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010
• Fluent Vietnamese; intermediate to advanced English
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills
