Internship Description
Setterwalls' Gothenburg office at Östra Hamngatan 7 near Brunnsparken is offering a summer trainee position in its Banking & Finance practice. Gothenburg's financial sector serves major industrial clients including Volvo, SKF, and the shipping industry. You will assist with loan documentation, security packages, and bond issuances under Swedish law.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting loan agreements and security documents under Swedish law
- Research security law questions including företagshypotek, panträtt (pledge), and borgen (guarantee)
- Support due diligence for acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions
- Assist with corporate bond documentation and Nasdaq Stockholm listing requirements
Requirements
- Enrolled in juristprogrammet at Gothenburg University or equivalent — completed minimum 3 years
