Internship Description

Key Responsibilities
- Research LAS (Employment Protection Act), MBL (Co-Determination Act), and diskrimineringslagen (Discrimination Act) questions
- Assist with Arbetsdomstolen (Labour Court) case preparation and document review
- Draft employment contract terms, non-compete clauses, and workplace policy documents
- Support cross-border employment advice for Baker McKenzie's multinational clients
Requirements
- Enrolled in juristprogrammet — completed minimum 3.5 years; interest in employment law
- Knowledge of LAS and Swedish labour market model (den svenska modellen)
- Strong academic record and communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
