Internship Description
Roschier's Stockholm office at Brunkebergstorg 2 near Sergels Torg is offering a trainee position in its Technology & Intellectual Property practice. Stockholm is Europe's startup capital, and you will gain exposure to cutting-edge tech law issues including AI regulation, GDPR compliance, and patent disputes for Nordic technology companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research GDPR, EU AI Act, and Swedish data protection law (IMY guidance) questions
- Assist with patent and trademark matters including PRV (Patent- och registreringsverket) filings and oppositions
- Draft technology contract clauses (SaaS, licensing, data processing) under supervision
- Prepare client memoranda on emerging technology regulation topics
Requirements
- Enrolled in juristprogrammet — completed minimum 3 years; interest in technology and IP law
- Basic understanding of GDPR, patent law, and technology transactions
- Strong writing skills in English and Swedish
- Previous experience in tech sector (internship, student jobs) an advantage
