Assistant City Prosecutor, Limited Duration

The City Prosecutor's Office is looking for an Assistant City Prosecutor, Limited Duration to assist the City Prosecutor and Deputy City Prosecutor with municipal violations and misdemeanor cases, and civil hearings and appeals, including jury and non-jury trials at the Eugene Municipal Court. This position will also perform duties within the limits of the Eugene Municipal Court policies and the established standards and practices of the legal profession and advise and interact with related City departments.

Salary: City Prosecutor 1, Asst.: $80,184.00 - $104,291.20 Annually; City Prosecutor 2, Asst.: $87,443.20 - $113,651.20 Annually
The City of Eugene determines starting pay within the range based on relevant education and experience as provided by the applicant in their application materials. This process is consistent with the Oregon Equal Pay Act (OEPA).

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with the flexibility per business need.
