Job Description
Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed & Associates, ranked by Chambers Global, seeks an Associate for its Constitutional & Public Interest Law practice. The firm has a distinguished history of constitutional litigation before the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
Support senior advocates in constitutional writ petitions and public interest litigation before the High Court Division. Research constitutional law issues and prepare legal memoranda. Draft petitions, affidavits, and written submissions. Attend hearings at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Contribute to pro bono and public interest cases.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Enrolled as Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council. 2-4 years of litigation experience. Strong interest in constitutional law and public interest. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
