Associate — Corporate/M&A

Vinge's Gothenburg office at Nordstadstorget 6 near Centralstationen is seeking an Associate for its Corporate M&A practice. Gothenburg is home to major Swedish industrial groups including Volvo, SKF, and Stena, and you will advise on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity deals, and corporate governance matters under Aktiebolagslagen (the Swedish Companies Act).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute private M&A transactions including due diligence, SPA drafting, and completion mechanics
• Advise on corporate governance, board responsibilities, and annual general meeting (bolagsstämma) procedures under Aktiebolagslagen
• Handle Bolagsverket (Swedish Companies Registration Office) filings and corporate restructurings
• Support private equity transactions including fund formation and portfolio company acquisitions

Requirements

• Swedish juristexamen; 3-5 years PQE in corporate/M&A at a leading firm
• Strong knowledge of Aktiebolagslagen and Swedish corporate governance code
• Experience with Gothenburg-based industrial clients preferred
• Fluent in Swedish and English
