Senior Associate — Tax

Vinge is seeking a Senior Associate for its top-ranked Tax practice at Smålandsgatan 20 in the Stureplan business district, Stockholm. You will advise Swedish and international clients on complex tax structuring, transfer pricing, and tax litigation matters before Förvaltningsrätten (Administrative Court) and Kammarrätten (Court of Appeal), applying inkomstskattelagen (Income Tax Act, SFS 1999:1229) and Sweden's extensive double tax treaty network.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate tax structuring for M&A transactions, private equity fund structures, and holding company arrangements under inkomstskattelagen
• Handle transfer pricing disputes and Skatteverket (Swedish Tax Agency) audits under OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
• Represent clients in tax litigation before Förvaltningsrätten and Kammarrätten i Stockholm
• Advise on Swedish participation exemption (näringsbetingade andelar), CFC rules, and interest deduction limitations
• Structure cross-border investments using Sweden's double tax treaty network

Requirements

• Swedish juristexamen; 5-8 years PQE in Swedish and international tax
• Deep knowledge of inkomstskattelagen, mervärdesskattelagen (VAT Act), and OECD Model Tax Convention
• Experience with Skatteverket proceedings and administrative court litigation
• Advokat title or close to eligibility
