You will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams such as procurement, security, people, and operations, helping them move quickly while managing legal risk effectively. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and highly business-oriented, with frequent exposure to global stakeholders. This is an opportunity to directly influence scalable contracting practices in a high-growth, technology-driven organization. The role is well suited for a lawyer who enjoys balancing legal rigor with practical business solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Accountabilities:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, order forms, NDAs, and vendor/supplier contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Act as a key legal partner to business and functional teams, providing timely, solution-oriented legal guidance to support commercial operations and decision-making.
    • Support and enhance contract playbooks, templates, and negotiation frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and risk mitigation across the organization.
    • Monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments impacting commercial contracting and ensure internal practices remain compliant and up to date.
    • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across different time zones to facilitate smooth contracting and business execution.
    • Provide pragmatic risk assessments and strategic legal advice while balancing legal protection with business enablement.
    • Support broader legal team initiatives and assist with additional legal matters as required in a fast-paced environment.
    • Requirements:

      • Qualified lawyer admitted to practice law in India with 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
      • Experience working with or within in-house legal teams or reputable law firms handling global commercial agreements, particularly vendor/supplier contracts.
      • Strong expertise in reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs, and related commercial documents.
      • Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives in a practical, solutions-focused manner.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners across geographies.
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
      • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and exposure to privacy or data-related legal considerations is a plus.
      • Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards.
        • Flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid options within India.
        • Opportunity to work in a global legal team supporting complex, cross-border commercial operations.
        • Exposure to high-growth technology and AI-driven business environments.
        • Collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced work culture with strong cross-functional engagement.
