Associate — Real Estate & Construction

Setterwalls is seeking an Associate for its leading Real Estate practice at Sturegatan 10, directly on Stureplan in Stockholm's Östermalm district. Stockholm's property market is one of Europe's most dynamic, and you will advise institutional investors, developers, and real estate funds on commercial property transactions, construction projects, and landlord-tenant matters under jordabalken (the Swedish Land Code) and plan- och bygglagen (Planning and Building Act).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, residential, and logistics properties across Sweden
• Draft and negotiate hyresavtal (commercial lease agreements) and construction contracts under AB 04/ABT 06 standard forms
• Handle Lantmäteriet (land registry) registrations, fastighetsbildning (property formation), and due diligence
• Advise on real estate fund structuring and fastighetspaketering (property packaging through share deals)

Requirements

• Swedish juristexamen; 3-5 years PQE in real estate, construction, or property transactions
• Knowledge of jordabalken, plan- och bygglagen, and AB 04/ABT 06 contracts
• Experience with Lantmäteriet and fastighetsbildning processes
• Fluent in Swedish and English
