Job Description

BAHR is recruiting a Partner to lead its Energy and Natural Resources practice, advising on oil and gas licensing, renewable energy projects, and regulatory matters on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Responsibilities

Lead advisory mandates on petroleum licensing and operatorship transfers. Structure renewable energy projects including offshore wind. Represent clients before the Ministry of Energy and Norwegian Petroleum Directorate. Expand the energy practice through client development.

Requirements

Master of Laws with specialization in energy law. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience. Deep knowledge of Norwegian petroleum regulations and licensing rounds. Proven business development track record.
