Job Description
Join Kenya's largest international law firm in our Banking & Finance practice. Handle structured finance transactions, syndicated loans, project finance, and capital markets work for leading banks and financial institutions operating in East Africa.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documentation. Advise on CBK regulatory compliance. Support structured finance and project finance transactions. Handle capital markets listings and bond issuances.
Requirements
LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 2-4 years experience in banking and finance law. Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen.
