Job Description

LOGOS Legal Services seeks a Banking & Finance Associate to work on syndicated lending, bond issuances, and structured finance transactions in Iceland's growing capital markets. You will collaborate with leading Icelandic banks and international financial institutions on cross-border deals.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security packages, and bond documentation. Advise on regulatory compliance with the Financial Supervisory Authority. Support M&A financing and project finance transactions. Conduct due diligence on financial instruments and counterparty risk.

Requirements

Cand.Jur. or equivalent law degree. 4+ years of experience in banking, finance, or capital markets law. Understanding of Icelandic financial regulations and Central Bank directives. Strong English drafting skills required.
