Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including supply agreements, service contracts, and distribution arrangements
• Manage contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and renewal
• Advise on Iraqi commercial law, agency law, and distribution regulations
• Handle contract disputes and claims management
• Support tender processes and government procurement contracts
• Coordinate with clients' commercial teams on contract strategy

• Law degree; admitted to the Iraqi Bar or international equivalent
• 4-7 years of commercial contract management or transactional law experience
• Strong knowledge of Iraqi Commercial Code and contract law
• Excellent bilingual drafting in Arabic and English
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or telecommunications sectors preferred
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
