Job Description

KPMG Law Iceland is looking for a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to advise on company formations, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. You will work alongside KPMG's tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions to Icelandic and international business clients.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including supply, distribution, and licensing contracts. Advise on company formations, governance structures, and shareholder matters. Support regulatory compliance across sectors including financial services and technology. Collaborate with KPMG advisory and tax professionals on multidisciplinary client engagements.

Requirements

Cand.Jur. or LL.M. degree. 3-6 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. Knowledge of Icelandic company law, contract law, and commercial regulations. Fluent in Icelandic and English.
