Corporate Legal Manager — Chaudhary Group (CG Corp)

Chaudhary Group (CG Corp Global), Nepal's largest conglomerate, seeks a Corporate Legal Manager for its Group Legal Division at CG House, Sanepa, Lalitpur. CG Corp operates across FMCG, banking, hospitality, electronics, real estate, and energy — with operations in over 30 countries under Nepal's first Forbes-listed billionaire, Binod Chaudhary.

The Corporate Legal Manager will oversee legal affairs across multiple business verticals, handling corporate governance, M&A, joint ventures, brand protection (including the globally famous Wai Wai brand), and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act 2063 (2006) and the Industrial Enterprises Act 2076. This is Nepal's most diversified in-house legal role, offering exposure to FMCG, banking (NMB Bank), hospitality (Faimont), and international commercial transactions.

• Oversee corporate governance and legal compliance across CG Corp's business verticals
• Lead M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Protect CG Corp's brand portfolio including Wai Wai and other trademarks
• Advise on regulatory compliance under the Companies Act 2063, NEPSE listing rules, and sector-specific regulations
• Manage external counsel relationships and litigation across Nepal's court system
• Coordinate legal support for CG Corp's international operations in 30+ countries

• Advocate licensed by the Nepal Bar Association (NBA) with minimum 8 years' post-admission experience
• Demonstrated experience in corporate governance, M&A, and commercial law
• Knowledge of the Companies Act 2063 (2006), Industrial Enterprises Act 2076, and foreign investment regulations
• Experience managing legal affairs across multiple business sectors
• Understanding of FMCG regulation, brand protection, and intellectual property law
• LL.B. and LL.M. from recognised institutions
• Strong English and Nepali communication for international and domestic operations
