Junior Legal Executive — Chaudhary Group (CG Corp)

Chaudhary Group (CG Corp Global) seeks a Junior Legal Executive for its Group Legal Division based at CG House, Sanepa, Lalitpur. This entry-level position offers a rare opportunity to work across Nepal's most diversified conglomerate — spanning FMCG (Wai Wai), banking, hotels, electronics, and real estate — from a single in-house legal platform.

The Junior Legal Executive will assist with commercial contract management, corporate secretarial compliance, regulatory filings, and basic dispute management under the supervision of the Group Legal Manager. Working across CG Corp's diverse portfolio provides accelerated exposure to multiple practice areas and industry sectors — an ideal launchpad for a corporate legal career in Nepal.

• Assist with commercial contract review, drafting, and management across business verticals
• Support corporate secretarial compliance including board documentation and statutory filings
• Conduct legal research on regulatory requirements affecting CG Corp's diverse businesses
• Assist with trademark renewal and brand protection documentation for CG's product portfolio
• Maintain the group legal department's contract database and compliance tracking system
• Coordinate with business unit managers on day-to-day legal requirements

• Advocate licensed by the Nepal Bar Association (NBA) with 0–2 years' post-admission experience
• Strong academic record in corporate law, commercial law, and contract law
• Knowledge of the Companies Act 2063 (2006) and basic regulatory framework
• Interest in working across multiple business sectors (FMCG, banking, hospitality, energy)
• LL.B. from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Nepali and English
• Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
