Job Description

Formosa Transnational is hiring a Cross-Strait Investment Counsel to advise Taiwanese companies on investments into Mainland China and PRC companies investing in Taiwan. This senior role requires deep expertise in both Taiwan and China regulatory frameworks governing cross-strait business activities.

Responsibilities

Advise Taiwanese companies on regulatory approvals for mainland China investments; guide PRC investors through Taiwan Investment Commission approval processes; structure cross-strait joint ventures and strategic alliances; draft investment agreements compliant with both jurisdictions; monitor and advise on evolving cross-strait regulatory developments.

Requirements

Taiwan bar admission; 8+ years of experience in cross-strait investment matters; comprehensive knowledge of Act Governing Relations Between the People of Taiwan Area and Mainland China Area; familiarity with PRC foreign investment laws; fluent in Mandarin and English; PRC legal qualification preferred.
