Dispute Resolution Associate
Hammad & Al-Mehdar is looking for a Dispute Resolution Associate to strengthen our litigation practice in Jeddah. You will handle commercial disputes, enforcement proceedings, and arbitration matters in one of the Kingdom's busiest legal markets.
Role Overview
Jeddah is the commercial gateway of Saudi Arabia, and our firm handles a high volume of commercial disputes before the Jeddah Commercial Court. You will manage a caseload of disputes ranging from contractual claims and shareholder disputes to real estate and construction conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial disputes before the Commercial Courts in Jeddah
- Draft statements of claim, defenses, and legal submissions in Arabic
- Appear before the Commercial Court, Board of Grievances, and enforcement courts
- Advise clients on dispute resolution strategy, including mediation and arbitration options
- Handle enforcement of domestic and foreign judgments and arbitral awards
- Conduct legal research on Saudi judicial practice and precedents

Requirements
- Licensed Muhami (محامي) with valid Saudi Bar registration
- 3-5 years of litigation experience in Saudi Arabia
- LLB from a recognized Saudi university
- Strong Arabic legal drafting and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with the Najiz electronic litigation platform
- Knowledge of Saudi Commercial Court procedures and the Enforcement Law
