Job Description

The FSC is looking for a Financial Technology Policy Analyst to support the development of fintech regulatory policy, including open banking frameworks, digital asset regulations, and innovation sandbox oversight.

Responsibilities

Research international fintech regulatory developments and prepare comparative analyses; support the drafting of fintech-related regulations and guidelines; assist with fintech sandbox application reviews and monitoring; prepare policy briefings for senior officials on emerging fintech issues; coordinate with industry stakeholders on regulatory consultation processes.

Requirements

Law degree or related qualification; 0-2 years of fintech policy or financial regulation experience; understanding of Taiwan's fintech regulatory landscape and sandbox framework; strong research and policy analysis skills; Mandarin fluency required, English proficiency preferred.
