Job Description

Eversheds Sutherland Bitans is seeking an IP & Technology Lawyer to advise on intellectual property rights, technology licensing, and digital economy regulation. You will leverage the firm's global network to serve clients on cross-border technology matters.

Responsibilities

Advise on trademark and patent registration, enforcement, and licensing. Draft technology transfer agreements, SaaS contracts, and software licensing terms. Handle domain name disputes and online brand protection matters. Provide counsel on AI regulation, digital services, and platform liability under EU law.

Requirements

Master's degree in law. 3-5 years of experience in IP or technology law. Knowledge of Latvian and EU trademark, patent, and copyright frameworks. Familiarity with IT contracts and software licensing. Fluent in Latvian and English.
