Job Description

DFDL Thailand is looking for a Junior Immigration Lawyer to join its Bangkok office. You will assist expatriates and multinational employers with Thai work permit and visa applications, BOI work permit privileges, long-term resident (LTR) visa applications, and Immigration Act compliance. Responsibilities include preparing work permit applications, coordinating with the Department of Employment and Immigration Bureau, advising on the Alien Working Management Act, and handling work permit renewals and extensions for foreign professionals.

Requirements

Additional language skills are an advantage.
