Slovenská sporiteľňa is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel for its Retail Operations legal team at the Košice regional centre. You will handle consumer banking disputes, draft retail product documentation, and support compliance with the Zákon o spotrebiteľských úveroch across the eastern Slovakia branch network.

Responsibilities
Handle consumer banking disputes and represent the bank before Košice district and regional courts. Draft and review retail banking product documentation and general terms. Advise branch managers on consumer protection compliance. Support debt recovery proceedings in eastern Slovakia. Coordinate with the central legal department in Bratislava. Assist with regulatory reporting and NBS inspection responses.
Requirements
Slovak law degree (Mgr.) with 1-3 years of experience in banking, consumer, or civil law. Knowledge of Slovak consumer credit legislation and Občiansky zákonník. Experience with court submissions and civil litigation preferred. Fluent Slovak and English.
