Junior Legal Executive — Ncell (Pokhara)

Ncell Axiata Limited is recruiting a Junior Legal Executive for its Western Region operations based in Pokhara — Nepal's tourism capital and the gateway to the Annapurna region. Pokhara is a rapidly growing commercial centre in Gandaki Province, and Ncell's western region branch network serves a significant subscriber base across the mid-western hills and Terai.

The Junior Legal Executive will manage basic commercial contracts, handle customer complaint escalations under the Consumer Protection Act 2054, and support the regional management team on legal and compliance matters. This position in Pokhara offers a quality-of-life advantage combined with meaningful telecommunications law exposure at Nepal's largest private mobile operator — an excellent starting point for an Advocate building a corporate legal career outside Kathmandu.

• Manage basic commercial contracts and vendor agreements for the western region
• Handle consumer complaint escalations and regulatory correspondence with the NTA
• Support the regional management team on legal and compliance issues
• Coordinate with Ncell head office legal team in Lalitpur on complex matters
• Maintain regional contract files and compliance documentation
• Assist with local government coordination and municipal regulatory requirements

• Advocate licensed by the Nepal Bar Association (NBA) with 0–2 years' post-admission experience
• Basic knowledge of the Telecommunications Act 2053 and commercial contract law
• Understanding of consumer protection under the Consumer Protection Act 2054
• LL.B. from a recognised Nepali university
• Proficiency in Nepali and English
• Willingness to be based in Pokhara
• Organised and self-motivated for a regional role
