Job Description

Bank Audi seeks a Junior Legal Officer for its Loan Documentation team. This entry-level banking legal role provides an excellent foundation for a career in banking law, working on retail and commercial lending documentation under the supervision of senior counsel.

Responsibilities

Review and prepare standard loan agreements and facility letters. Verify collateral documentation including mortgages and pledges. Conduct title searches and lien verifications at the Land Registry. Assist with enforcement of security interests and guarantees. Maintain the legal document management system and case files.

Requirements

Licence en Droit from a recognized Lebanese university. 0-2 years of legal experience, preferably in banking or commercial law. Knowledge of Lebanese contract law and banking regulations. Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus. Strong attention to detail and document review skills.
