Job Description
Ericsson is hiring a Legal Counsel for its Commercial & Contract Management team at Kista Science City. You will negotiate and manage major commercial agreements for Ericsson's network infrastructure business, supporting deals with telecom operators, enterprises, and government customers across the Nordics and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate network infrastructure supply agreements, managed services contracts, and SaaS/cloud agreements
- Advise on public procurement rules under lagen om offentlig upphandling (LOU) for government telecom contracts
- Handle international trade compliance including EU export controls and sanctions screening
- Support strategic partnership agreements and joint venture structures
Requirements
- Swedish juristexamen or equivalent; 3-6 years PQE in commercial contracts or technology law
- Experience with major technology/telecom commercial agreements
- Knowledge of Swedish public procurement law (LOU) preferred
- Fluent in English; Swedish an advantage
